CRA Consulting invites applications for a Residential Conveyancer / Licensed Conveyancer in Leeds. The role focuses on managing a varied caseload from instruction to completion, handling freehold and leasehold matters, and delivering proactive client-focused service.

Formación

• Proven experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
• Experience handling freehold and leasehold matters.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to the team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Deal with remortgages, transfers of equity and other property matters.
• Review contracts, leases, title documents and searches.
• Raise and respond to enquiries.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
• Ensure transactions progress efficiently and within timescales.
• Provide clear, practical advice to clients throughout conveyancing.
• Maintain accurate case management and comply with procedures.
