Job summary

Yorkshire Pie Company in Doncaster is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join its residential property team. You will manage a full caseload, handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, including new build matters, from instruction to post-completion.

The role requires at least 3 years’ experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
• Experience with freehold, leasehold, and new build transactions.
• Ability to manage files from instruction to post completion.
• Strong technical knowledge and client care.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Handle sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.
• Deal with new build transactions.
• Progress files from instruction to completion and post completion.
• Provide clear and regular communication to clients throughout each transaction.
• Liaise with Estate Agents, Lenders, Solicitors and other third parties.
• Ensure matters are progressed efficiently and in line with deadlines.
• Deliver a consistently high level of client care.
