Job summary

Yorkshire Pie Company in Leeds is seeking an experienced Technical Conveyancer to join our team. You will provide expert legal and technical support to residential conveyancing matters, ensuring transactions progress smoothly and in line with best practice.

The role requires at least five years' experience in residential conveyancing, strong knowledge of freehold, leasehold, new build and unregistered titles, and a proactive approach to improving processes and technical quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of freehold, leasehold, new build and unregistered titles.
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) or CILEX preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical legal support across a broad range of residential matters.
• Advising on complex freehold/leasehold/new build/shared ownership/unregistered title transactions.
• Carrying out technical title checks and supporting urgent/technical files.
