Connect Legal Partners is seeking an experienced conveyancer to manage a personal residential conveyancing caseload, handling freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and remortgages. You will advise clients directly and maintain strong technical standards throughout the transaction lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ PQE (or equivalent), with the ability to run matters independently, delivering precise legal guidance and client-focused service in a well-established North West firm.

Qualifications

• Solicitor/CLA/licensed conveyancer with 5+ PQE or more.
• Ability to run a caseload independently with strong technical knowledge.
• Experience in residential conveyancing (freehold and leasehold) including sales, purchases and remortgages.

Responsibilities

• Run your own residential conveyancing caseload (freehold/leasehold) including sales, purchases and remortgages.
• Provide direct client advice and guidance on matters as they arise.
