Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover in Sheldon, Birmingham. You will manage a high-volume caseload focused on sales, progressing files from instruction to post-completion with excellent client care.

The role requires a qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer, or an experienced conveyancer with 2-3 years' independent residential conveyancing experience, and strong technical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent conveyancing experience.
• 2-3 years' experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion.
• Handle a high volume of residential property sales.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties.
• Ensure matters progress within agreed timescales.
