Executive Network Legal Ltd is seeking a Residential Conveyancer with 2+ PQE to cover a maternity leave contract in the West Midlands. The role involves managing a busy residential property caseload from instruction to post-completion, delivering high-quality client care and clear communication.

The ideal candidate will hold a Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent, with 2-3 years' experience and the ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancer.
• 2-3 years' experience managing own residential conveyancing caseload.
• Capable of handling transactions from instruction to completion.
• Strong teamwork while able to work autonomously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated, proactive and well-organised.
• Professional, approachable and client-focused.
