Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer for a 12-month maternity cover based in Sheldon, Birmingham. You will manage a high-volume residential property caseload, focusing on sales transactions, from instruction through to post-completion.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or have equivalent conveyancing experience, with 2-3 years' independent experience and strong technical conveyancing knowledge.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent with proven residential conveyancing experience.
• 2–3 years' experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion.
• Handle a high volume of residential property sales.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties.
• Ensure matters progress within agreed timescales.
• Maintain accurate file management and compliance procedures.
• Deliver excellent client care and clear communication throughout transactions.
