You will manage a portfolio from instruction to completion, liaise with clients and solicitors, prepare contracts and deeds, conduct searches, and ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong understanding of property law and the conveyancing process.
• Excellent client service skills, with the ability to handle complex cases independently.
• Proficient in using conveyancing software and case management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential property cases from instruction through to completion.

• Annual Salary: Up to £49,000
