Reed is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor/FCILEX/Licensed Conveyancer to join the growing Farnham-based team. You will manage your own caseload from instruction to conclusion and contribute to BD activities, with support across a busy conveyancing department.

Responsibilities

Residential Property Solicitor/FCILEX/Licensed Conveyancer

• Annual Salary: £40,000 - £60,000

Join a dynamic growing firm as a Solicitor/FCILEX/Licensed Conveyancer (with circa 2-5 years PQE) in our rapidly growing Residential Conveyancing team based in Farnham, but multiple other local offices considered. This role offers the opportunity to manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to conclusion, support team members, and engage in significant business development and networking activities.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a comprehensive caseload of residential files from initial instruction to matter conclusion.
• Provide support to other members of the Residential Conveyancing team.
• Play a key role in business development and networking to enhance the profile of the firm and the Residential Conveyancing department.
• Ensure high levels of client service and legal effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
