Job summary

TSR Legal in Wiltshire is seeking a Residential Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing to join its Property Department. The role welcomes qualified LIC Conveyancers (CLC or SRA) and solicitors with relevant expertise.

You will handle title reviews, pre-contract searches, deeds of covenant, lease reviews, and all documentation related to property transactions, including plot sales and part-exchange properties.

Qualifications

• Licensed Conveyancer qualification (CLC or SRA).
• Proven experience in handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions.
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and property law.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing, whether as a solicitor, FILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer, applications from seasoned professionals without legal qualifications are encouraged.
