Job summary

TSR Legal are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join one of Wiltshire's fastest growing law firms within the Property Department. The ideal candidate will hold Licensed Conveyancer status (CLC or SRA) with at least 3 years of residential conveyancing experience, handling a varied caseload and providing high-quality client service.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing, strong knowledge of property law, and excellent communication skills to advise

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing, whether as a solicitor, FILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer, applications from seasoned professionals without legal qualifications are encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and reporting on title and pre-contract searches
• Drafting deeds of covenant and lease reviews
• Administering all documentation related to property transactions
• Handling the sale of part exchange properties
• Managing the plot sales process, including responding to enquiries, exchange, completions, and post-completion matters

Requirements:

• Licensed Conveyancer qualification (CLC or SRA)
• Proven experience in handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions
