TSR Legal, a well-established law firm in South Wales, invites an experienced licensed Conveyancer to join our friendly property team in Newport. You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion with a high degree of autonomy while delivering excellent client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases with autonomy.
• Provide a high standard of client care and maintain regular communication.
• Progress files efficiently while complying with regulatory standards.
• Support the wider property team and mentor junior colleagues where appropriate.
• Ensure files are managed in line with internal procedures and deadlines.

The Role

You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling matters with a high degree of autonomy while delivering an excellent client experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Providing a high standard of client care and maintaining regular communication throughout the transaction.
• Progressing matters efficiently while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Working closely with colleagues to support the wider property team.
• Assisting with the mentoring and development of junior team members where appropriate.
• Ensuring files are managed in accordance with internal procedures, compliance requirements and key deadlines.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.

About You

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers with:
