Residential Conveyancer - High Street Law Firm

Location: Pontypridd

Salary: Competitive, DOE

Job Type: Part Time, Permanent

TSR Legal is working with a reputable, client-focused practice seeking a Residential Conveyancer to work directly alongside the Director of the firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone confident in managing their own caseload but also eager to learn and develop further.

What you'll be doing:

1. Handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
2. Working closely with the Director on more complex files, providing an excellent learning and development opportunity.
3. Gaining exposure to private client work, including probate matters linked to property transactions, making this an ideal role for someone looking to broaden their experience.

1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
2. Confidence in managing files independently, with strong attention to detail.
