Conveyancing Solicitor – Fully Remote (UK-Based)

We areworking with a highly regarded, tech-enabled law firm seeking toappoint an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join theirteam on a fully remote basis. The Client

Ourclient is a progressive property law firm with a strong nationalpresence and a reputation for delivering high-quality, efficientservice to clients across the UK. Their fully remote model is builtaround robust technology, streamlined processes, and a supportive teamculture, enabling solicitors to work effectively from anywhere.

The Role

The successfulcandidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload fromstart to finish. This includes sales, purchases, remortgages, andtransfers of equity. You’ll be supported by a skilled admin and techteam, allowing you to focus on legal work and client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage acaseload of residential property matters independently
• Liaisewith clients, agents, lenders, and other legal professionals
• Conduct title checks, draft contracts, and deal withenquiries
• Ensure regulatory compliance (SRA/AML)
• Usea cloud-based case management system to progress files efficiently

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Solicitor (minimum 2 years PQE)
• Experience handling a full conveyancing caseload
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Confident using digital systems and remote-working tools
