DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU ARE BASED IN THE UK, HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING MATTERS FROM INCEPTION TO COMPLETION, AND HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK.

Standard holiday allocation is 25 days plus 8 bank holidays, with the opportunity to earn an additional 12 days based on performance targets.

This role is based on working from home or from our office in North London.

This is an employed position, not a self-employed consultancy.

What are we looking for?

Individuals with over 3 years of conveyancing experience.

Key Responsibilities of a Conveyancer
  • Handle all legal aspects of residential property transactions, ensuring due diligence in leaseholds, freeholds, registered and unregistered properties.
  • Support the Team Manager as required.
  • Assess risks on transactions and provide appropriate legal advice.
  • Review files before exchange of contracts for accuracy.
  • Perform tasks proactively, prioritizing effectively and supporting team members.
  • Communicate effectively and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
  • Opportunity to purchase additional holiday days.
  • Up to 45 days annual leave.
Skills and Experience
  • Qualified with a Law Degree, LPC, Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner (FCILEX).
  • Experience managing a varied conveyancing caseload and handling complex legal matters.
  • Excellent communication, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Case Management Systems and Microsoft Office preferred but not essential.
