My client is committed to supporting professional development, and will provide financial assistance, study leave or exam leave where appropriate for those working toward qualification.

The successful candidate will act for individuals across a broad range of residential property matters, delivering high-quality client care and contributing to the continued success of the department. The office itself is centrally located, open plan and air-conditioned, and the role can be offered full time or part time. It is primarily office based, though flexible working arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.

Compliance, Client Care & Cross-Departmental Work
  • Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures, including AML and source of funds checks
  • Working collaboratively with other departments, including Matrimonial and Estates/Probate
  • Providing high-quality client care and maintaining strong professional relationships
  • Supporting the smooth running and continued growth of the department through effective file management, service delivery, and commercial awareness
  • Participating in firm-wide and departmental training initiatives
