My client is seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join their busy Property team in Norwich, Norfolk.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
- New build transactions
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Providing clear, practical legal advice throughout the transaction
- Managing matters from instruction through to completion
- Maintaining high standards of client care and regulatory compliance
- Supporting the continued growth of the department through excellent client service
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancer
- Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of both freehold and leasehold transactions
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Well organised with the ability to manage multiple matters
- Proactive and commercially minded approach
- Experience using case management systems would be advantageous
