Oculus Legal Group in Exeter is seeking a Residential Property Conveyancer to join a growing property team. You will manage your own caseload, handle sales, purchases, remortgages, and equity transfers, and deliver high-quality client service with a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or FCILEx with approximately 1–5 years' PQE.
• Experience gained within residential property/conveyancing.
• Strong technical knowledge across general residential property transactions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own caseload of residential property matters with minimal supervision.
• Handling a broad range of transactions including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
• Acting for a variety of clients, including investor clients.
• Providing a high level of client service throughout the transaction process.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and referrers.
• Participating in departmental and firm-wide marketing initiatives.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues while taking ownership of your own matters.

Are you a Residential Property Solicitor or FCILEx looking to join a highly regarded and growing property team? What you'll be doing:
