Residential Conveyancer - Lancashire

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a growing and highly supportive residential property team based in Lancashire.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious conveyancer looking to develop their career within a modern, expanding law firm that places a strong emphasis on quality client service, teamwork and professional development.

The Role

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, providing a high-quality, client-focused service from instruction through to completion.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' experience handling a broad range of residential property matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• New-build transactions
• Transfers of equity
• Leasehold apartments
• Re-mortgages
• General residential conveyancing matters

About You

We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer who:

• Has at least 3 years' residential conveyancing experience
• Is qualified as a CILEx, CLC Lawyer or Solicitor
• Has experience managing a varied residential caseload
• Is client-focused and committed to delivering an excellent service
• Is organised, proactive and commercially aware
• Communicates confidently with clients and colleagues
• Works well independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Has an existing following or the potential to develop new business and build a full caseload
• Is ambitious and interested in long-term career progression
