Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion across a mix of residential property matters.
• Handle sale and purchase transactions (freehold and leasehold), remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, and new build transactions where applicable.
• Provide high-quality service to clients and colleagues, contributing to the department's growth and success.

The Role:

• New build transactions (where applicable)
• General residential property transactions
