The successful candidate will handle a mixed caseload from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, with regular client updates and collaboration with colleagues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently.
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Licensed Conveyancer (qualification preferred but not essential).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
