You will handle a varied caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, delivering excellent client care while building strong relationships with clients, agents and lenders. The role offers £40,000-£50,000 DOE and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, licensed conveyancer or CILEX-qualified professional
• Experience across a broad range of residential conveyancing work
• Strong communication and organisational skills
