Job summary

Lanyon Bowdler LLP is seeking a Residential Conveyancer (solicitor, licensed conveyancer or CILEX) to manage a varied caseload from instruction through post-completion, based in Ludlow or Hereford with Flex+ hybrid working.

The role requires 3+ PQE in residential conveyancing, confidence taking instructions, AML knowledge, and a full driving licence. You will draft documents, review title and searches, handle exchanges and registrations, and build client relationships.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer or conveyancing legal executive.
• 3+ PQE across residential conveyancing matters.
• Confidence in taking instructions and advising clients clearly.
• Proven ability to convert quotes into instructions.
• Sound AML regulations knowledge and Solicitors Accounts Rules.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Confidence in taking instructions and advising clients clearly
• A good track record of turning quotes into instructions
• Sound knowledge of AML regulations and the Solicitors Accounts Rules
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
