Additional Resources Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join a well-established firm, handling a broad range of conveyancing matters in a client-focused environment. You will manage your own caseload with a high standard of service throughout the conveyancing process.

The role offers hybrid working, a salary of £45,000–£60,000 (DOE) plus bonus and relocation package, with preference for candidates based in Leominster (Hereford area).

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Managing remortgages and transfers of equity
• Reviewing contracts, searches and title documentation
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
• Responding to enquiries and progressing transactions efficiently
• Maintaining high standards of client care throughout the conveyancing process
• Ensuring files are managed in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients and introducers

An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join awell-established legal firm, providing a broad range of legal services in a friendly, client-focused environment.

As a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer, you will confidently manage your own caseload while providing a high standard of service and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process.

This role offers hybrid working options, salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 (DOE) plus bonus and benefits.

This role offers a relocation package.

The role is preferably based in Leominster, although Hereford may also be considered.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Managing remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Reviewing contracts, searches and title documentation.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors..
• Responding to enquiries and progressing transactions efficiently

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer, Conveyancing Solicitor, Conveyancing Lawyer, Conveyancer, Chartered Legal executive or in a similar role.
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX Lawyer or equivalent.
• Ideally have 2+ years PQE or relevant post-qualification experience.
• Possess residential conveyancing experience.
• Ability to independently manage a busy caseload.
• Strong communication and client care skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Commercial and proactive approach to progressing transactions.
