Zusammenfassung

Simply Conveyancing Group is seeking experienced conveyancers, legal executives and solicitors with leasehold expertise to join our team of property specialists. You will handle residential conveyancing matters and collaborate with clients and agents to ensure smooth transactions.

The role offers hybrid working with 2-3 days in our Leeds office, a salary of £30,000 to £45,000 plus bonus, and clear career progression with training support.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with residential conveyancing experience.
• Solid experience in property/conveyancing law and leasehold matters.
• Ability to manage and prioritise a busy caseload and meet deadlines.

• Manage a circa 60-65 caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Draft and review contracts, deeds and other legal documents with clear client guidance.
• Coordinate with clients, estate agents, lenders and authorities to keep transactions progressing.
• Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and best practice.
• Develop relationships with clients and agents to inspire trust and repeat business.

We’re looking for passionate conveyancers, legal executives and solicitors with leasehold experience to join our team of property experts who are committed to quality, service and continuous improvement.

Onboarding Date:

• Monday, January 11th, 2027
• Monday, February 08th, 2027

Locations:

• Hybrid opportunities in Leeds (2-3 days at office)

What you’ll do:

• Manage circa 60-65 varied caseload of freehold sales and purchases, and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Draft and review contracts, deeds and other legal documents, providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction
• Coordinate effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure matters progress smoothly and efficiently
• Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and best practice
• Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients and agents, delivering an exceptional service that inspires trust and repeat business

What you bring:

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or highly experienced in residential conveyancing is a PLUS!
• Solid experience in property / conveyancing law
• Proven experience handling leasehold conveyancing matters
• Good working knowledge of Land Registry processes and title documentation
• Strong client care skills - we strive to communicate complex legal information clearly
• Ability to manage and prioritise a caseload and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and a risk-aware approach to work
• Competent user of Microsoft Office and case management systems
