Job summary

Resourcing Group is seeking an experienced Solicitor, FCILEX or Licensed Conveyancer to join our client’s Residential Conveyancing team in Wokingham. You will manage your own caseload from instruction to completion and handle a broad range of residential property transactions.

The successful candidate will provide guidance to junior team members, engage in business development, and help grow the firm’s profile in residential conveyancing.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, FCILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer with 5+ years' PQE.
• Strong technical expertise across residential conveyancing.
• Good communication and independence in handling busy caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
• Handling a broad range of residential property transactions.
• Providing guidance and support to junior members of the conveyancing team.
• Playing an active role in business development, networking and client relationship management.
• Contributing to growth and profile of the firm and the Residential Conveyancing department.

Our client is seeking an experienced Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEX), or Licensed Conveyancer with 5+ years' PQE to join their growing Residential Conveyancing team in Wokingham.
