Qualifications

• Valid NPORS or CPCS Card (Traffic Marshall/Vehicle Marshaller).
• Experience as Traffic Marshall on utility or large-scale construction sites.
• Recent checkable work reference is essential.
• Proactive approach to site safety and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Guiding vehicles and heavy machinery through designated routes to ensure smooth traffic flow.
• Using hand signals, signs, and radios to communicate with drivers and operators.
• Monitoring site for obstructions or unsafe conditions and taking action to mitigate risks.
• Implementing traffic management plans and ensuring pedestrian safety at crossing points.
• Assisting with site security and maintaining records of traffic flow or incidents.
• Participating in toolbox talks and reporting safety hazards to site management.
