Randstad CPE Reading team seeks an experienced Traffic Marshall for a residential project in Oxford. The role involves guiding traffic, communicating with drivers, and enforcing safety protocols on site.

Requirements include a valid NPORS or CPCS Card, prior Traffic Marshall experience on large sites, and a checkable reference. The position is temporary for 3 days with an immediate start; applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.

• Participating in toolbox talks and reporting safety hazards to site management.

Randstad UK CPE Reading team is looking to onboard an experienced Traffic Marshall for a residential project in Oxford.

• Job Title: Traffic Marshall (Construction)
• Location: Oxford-OX3
• Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour
• Temp- 3 days work - starting asap

Key Responsibilities

• Guiding vehicles and heavy machinery through designated routes to ensure smooth traffic flow.
• Using hand signals, signs, and radios to communicate clearly with drivers and operators.
• Monitoring the site for obstructions or unsafe conditions and taking immediate action to mitigate risks.
• Implementing established traffic management plans and ensuring the safety of pedestrians at crossing points.
• Assisting with site security to deter unauthorized access and maintaining accurate records of traffic flow or incidents.
• Participating in toolbox talks and reporting any safety hazards to site management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid NPORS or CPCS Card (Traffic Marshall/Vehicle Marshaller).
• Experience as a Traffic Marshall on utility or large-scale construction sites.
• A recent, checkable work reference is essential.
• A proactive approach to site safety and clear communication skills.
