Job summary

CSC Recruitment Ltd is seeking a proactive Document Controller in the Dartford area to support project teams across multiple residential developments. You will manage and control all project documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Ideal candidates have experience as a Document Controller in construction, with residential experience preferred, and advanced Excel skills to produce reports and trackers for site teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry.
• Residential construction experience highly desirable.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining all project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Controlling the flow of drawings, specifications, RFIs and technical documentation
• Ensuring documents are accurately distributed to internal teams, clients and subcontractors
• Maintaining document registers and tracking revisions
• Producing reports and trackers using Microsoft Excel
• Supporting project teams with administrative and document management duties
• Ensuring all documentation complies with company and project procedures
• Liaising with site teams, consultants and subcontractors to ensure documentation is up to date
