Portman Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a Residential Support Worker for a new 4-bed children’s home in Doncaster. You will work within a supportive team, helping provide a safe, stable environment for young people.

Must hold NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Care and have experience in a children’s residential setting. Shifts include 12-hour day and night duties; driving licence desirable but not essential. £13.50 per hour, 36-48 hours per week.

We are recruiting experienced Residential Support Workers for a new children's home opening in Doncaster.

What we're looking for:

• Level 3 qualification relevant to Children's Residential Care
• Previous experience working within a children's residential setting
• Comfortable working 12-hour day and night shifts
• A genuine commitment to supporting young people
• Driving licence desirable but NOT essential

The role:

You'll be part of a new staff team supporting young people within a residential setting, helping provide a safe, stable and supportive home environment.

There are opportunities for 36-48 hour contracts depending on your availability.
