Job summary

Portman Recruitment is seeking an experienced Team Leader for a new 4-bed children’s residential home in Doncaster. The role is ideal for someone already working at Senior or Team Leader level who wants to grow within a developing provider.

Salary is £14.50 per hour, with opportunities for progression and a comprehensive benefits package. Driving licence is desirable but not essential for this post.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a staff team in a new 4-bed children's home.
• Ensure high standards of care and safeguarding across shifts.
• Coordinate shift planning and reporting to management.

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader / Senior Residential Support Worker to join a new children's residential home in Doncaster.

• Level 3 qualification relevant to Residential Childcare
• Previous Senior / Team Leader experience
• Confidence supporting and guiding a staff team
• Ability to work 12-hour day/night shifts
• Driving licence desirable but not essential
