Potens is seeking dedicated Support Workers for a children's residential service based in Weymouth. The role offers flexibility across hours, with multiple full-time, part-time, weekend, and waking-night opportunities. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Apple Tree House supports four children aged 8 to 18 with learning difficulties and behavioural challenges. A compassionate, patient, and flexible attitude will help you contribute to their development and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Support children with daily tasks to increase independence and everyday skills.
• Assist with personal care and daily routines when needed.
• Help with cooking, cleaning, and engaging in activities.
• Support outings to local amenities and seaside locations.
