Potens is seeking Support Workers for Apple Tree House, a residential Ofsted-registered specialist care setting near Weymouth, Dorset. You will help care for four children aged 8 to 18, assisting with daily tasks, personal care, and learning activities while enjoying outings to the seaside and amenities.

Opportunities exist across full-time, part-time, and waking-night shifts. A contributory pension, learning qualifications (level 2–5 NVQ), and employee perks are included.

Qualificações

• Previous experience of working and supporting in a social care setting is preferred but not essential.
• Drivers preferred but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Support with daily tasks to increase confidence levels and everyday skills.
• Help children have fun and engage in learning.
• Cook, clean and support with everyday tasks according to each child’s abilities.
• Provide personal care as required.
• Highlight activities near the seaside and local amenities with the children.
