Job summary

Pebbles Care Limited is hiring for Residential Child Care Worker roles offering flexible zero-hour shifts across multiple homes in the North England region. You will support and supervise children, ensure safety, assist with education, cooking, cleaning, and engage in fun activities.

Induction and training in Therapeutic Parenting are provided. You will cover shifts as needed, with at least one shift every four weeks to remain in the role, and enjoy benefits including paid annual leave accrual,

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence required.
• Willingness to undertake safeguarding training and induction.

Responsibilities

• Care for children and young people across homes, ensuring safety and wellbeing.
• Support care teams across several homes in the same area.
• Complete induction and training including Therapeutic Parenting.
