Pebbles Care Limited is recruiting Residential Child Care Workers across our North West services, including Carlisle, Penrith, Carnforth and surrounding areas. This role involves supporting children in a home setting, driving to appointments and activities, and helping with meals and daily chores while delivering a caring, therapeutic approach.

You will work full-time on a rota (56.4 hours per week including sleep hours), with induction and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and young people in supportive roles.
• Ability to maintain a nurturing, therapeutic environment in challenging situations.
• Commitment to safety, wellbeing and safeguarding best practices.

Responsabilités

• Drive children to and from school, appointments and visits (UK manual driving licence required).
• Prepare meals and assist with household chores within the home setting.
• Support children on a one-to-one or two-to-one basis as part of a team.
• Engage in activities, outings and holidays to build positive memories.
• Collaborate with Learning and Development and senior teams for ongoing guidance.
