Job summary

Exceptional Care in the Northwest is seeking compassionate staff to support young people aged 8-17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties in a therapeutic home environment. The role involves providing day-to-day care, building trust, aiding education and daily Living skills, and coordinating with professionals and external agencies to ensure safety and stability.

Ideal candidates hold NVQ Level 3/4 in Children and Young People (within 2 years) and have 6–12 months experience in a children's

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3/4 in Children and Young People within 2 years of working in a children's residential setting.
• 6-12 months experience within Childrens Residential Setting.
