Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel in Oxford is seeking a Registered Manager for a Residential Care service. You will lead operations, drive person-centred care, and support staff to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role covers care planning, risk assessments, safeguarding, and compliance with CQC standards, with a hybrid working pattern between office and home.

A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or equivalent is preferred, with proven leadership in regulated care settings.

Qualifications

• Experience leading residential care or home care services.
• Knowledge of CQC requirements and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assessments, care plans, and risk assessments.
• Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed and recorded.
• Maintain CQC compliance and contract requirements.
• Lead recruitment, induction, and staff development.
• Manage rotas and monitor staffing levels.
• Support budgets and cost control while maintaining quality.
• Build relations with commissioners, social workers, and families.
• Prepare for inspections and provide evidence of improvement.
