OSJCT Group seeks a Domiciliary Care Manager for two locations in Banbury and Kidlington, Oxfordshire. You will lead daily care operations, manage resources and budgets, and drive occupancy while ensuring the highest standards of care across schemes.

Qualifications

• Experienced elderly care manager with domiciliary or residential home management background.
• Working towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Strong budgeting, resource management and stakeholder networking skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of domiciliary care services across two locations.
• Motivate and lead teams to deliver high standards of care and develop staff.
• Manage budgets and resources to ensure financial sustainability of schemes.
• Drive occupancy and build lasting relationships with stakeholders to support growth.
