Job summary

SeeAbility is seeking an extraordinary Registered Manager to lead our Supported Living Homes in Oxfordshire (Kennington and Abingdon). You will supervise a team, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality person-centred care for six residents across two homes.

You will drive CQC compliance, safeguarding, and continuous improvement, building strong relationships with families and professionals while leading a compassionate, resilient team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing supported living homes with strong CQC knowledge and budgeting skills.
• Experience working with people who have learning disabilities and autism.
• Hold a valid manual UK driving licence.
• Must have the legal right to live and work in the UK.
• Demonstrable passion for person-centred care and team development.
• Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated team of Support Workers.
• Oversee day-to-day running of supported living homes.
• Ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards.
• Drive quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with families, professionals and stakeholders.
