Health Recruit Network is recruiting a Registered Manager to lead a large domiciliary care service in Oxfordshire, with hybrid working options and a strong compliance track record. The role oversees a team across Quality, Care Management, Coordinators, Supervisors, Case Workers, Team Leaders, and Admin.

You will maintain and improve the CQC rating, manage local authority relationships, and drive service performance against KPIs while ensuring high-quality client care.

Qualifications

• CQC registered as a Domiciliary Care Manager — essential.
• Previous CQC inspection experience — essential.
• Proven experience managing a large domiciliary care service.
• Strong local authority relationship management experience.
• Full UK driving licence — essential.

Responsabilités

• Take full operational responsibility for a large-scale domiciliary care service.
• Maintain and build on CQC Good or Outstanding rating.
• Lead a large multidisciplinary team including Quality Manager, Care Manager, Care Coordinators, Supervisors, Case Workers, Team Leaders, and Admin.
• Manage and develop strong local authority relationships across Oxfordshire and Swindon.
• Oversee compliance, audits, safeguarding, and quality assurance.
• Manage care planning, documentation, and service performance.
• Lead on CQC inspections and regulatory compliance.
• Support service growth and performance against KPIs.
