Job summary

Affinity Trust seeks a Registered Manager for Oxfordshire to lead and develop a portfolio of locations. You will oversee supported living, day opportunities and outreach services, shaping high-quality, person-centred support aligned to individual goals and aspirations.

As the Registered Manager, you will work with divisional teams, local authorities and families to grow services while upholding safety, quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Residence within a one-hour commute of Oxfordshire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop managers across multiple locations.
• Oversee supported living, day opportunities and outreach services.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred support and regulatory compliance across locations.
• Join on-call rota as Registered Manager and build strong stakeholder relationships.
