Our client, a national group of chartered surveyors, has an opening to represent the Milton Keynes area in residential surveying. They are an established practice offering quality workloads and opportunities to develop your skill set within residential (and commercial) property.
The practice undertakes defect analysis, Level 2 and 3 reports, party wall work, and other general matters.
The ideal candidate would be a Chartered or AssocRICS Building Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years' experience in residential surveys. You should have experience in completing structural and building surveys, conducting inspections, and examining properties for acquisition.
