Beach Baker is delighted to be instructed by an independent building consultancy with a network of offices across the UK. The successful candidate will join a national team of 20 surveyors who advise private clients, primarily within the residential sector.

Brief job details:

• Mainly conducting building surveys, including some Homebuyers reports (no residential valuations)
• Geographical area: Cardiff & Newport
• No timesheets
• Opportunity for progression to Partnership

Candidates should be MRICS/FRICS (or AssocRICS considered) with experience in structural and building defects. Commercial building surveyors interested in moving into residential surveying are also encouraged to apply.
