Beach Baker is delighted to be instructed by an independent building consultancy with a network of offices across the UK. The successful candidate will join a national team of 20 surveyors who specialize in advising private clients, primarily within the residential sector.

Brief job details:

• Mainly carrying out building surveys with some Homebuyers (no residential valuations).
• Geographical patch: Reading and immediate surrounding area.
• No timesheets.
• Opportunity for progression to Partnership.

Candidates should be MRICS/FRICS (or AssocRICS) with experience in structural and building defects. Commercial building surveyors seeking to move into residential are also considered.
