Your new company
As a property & assets specialist, you will join a highly unique organisation responsible for a portfolio of over 1,000 properties and land across England. The portfolio includes residential homes, office buildings, listed buildings, visitor centres, war bunkers, monuments, and more.
Your new role
You will lead the development and delivery of a property compliance and building safety programme across the portfolio, focusing on asbestos management, fire safety, legionella control, and electrical safety. The role requires a detailed approach, strategic insight, data review, communication with regional teams, and producing costed schedules and programmes of works.
What you'll need to succeed
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent stakeholder engagement skills is essential. Experience in compliance management and delivering planned works across a diverse estate is beneficial. A professional membership such as RICS, IWFM, or similar is required.
What you'll get in return
A contract position initially lasting 3-6 months, with potential for extension or permanent placement. Home working is available with occasional visits to the estate.
