Harte Recruitment in Leeds is seeking a seasoned Residential Block Manager to support and eventually lead a residential block portfolio across Yorkshire. You will handle day-to-day property matters, build relationships with stakeholders and spend time on-site carrying out inspections.

We seek an organised, proactive professional with strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to long-term block management. A Full UK Driving Licence is required for this on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of a residential block portfolio alongside experienced colleagues.
• Handle day-to-day queries and day-to-day administration tasks.
• Build strong relationships with landlords, leaseholders, contractors and stakeholders.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and other day-to-day property matters.
• Carry out regular site inspections and ensure compliance standards are met.
• Attend occasional evening AGMs with advance warning.
• Gradually take ownership of your own portfolio as experience grows.
