Qualifications

• At least 3 years in residential block property management.
• Ability to manage a portfolio independently.
• Up-to-date knowledge of fire safety and cladding reforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential blocks and estates, overseeing day-to-day management and maintenance.
• Prepare service charge budgets, monitor expenditure and manage insurance claims.
• Conduct site inspections and liaise with directors, leaseholders and stakeholders.
• Manage major works projects and Section 20 consultations.
