Job summary

Carter Jonas is seeking an experienced Property Asset Manager to join our Asset Management team, based from either our Birmingham or Oxford office. You will manage a varied portfolio of residential assets for infrastructure clients, focusing on vacant properties, safety, compliance and lettability while delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience in property management or residential asset management.
• Experience managing residential property portfolios and coordinating maintenance, compliance and contractor activity.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of residential properties for infrastructure clients.
• Oversee vacant assets and coordinate works to bring properties into a lettable condition.
• Ensure services meet client KPIs, SLAs and contractual requirements.
• Support onboarding of new properties and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with Facilities Management to ensure compliance and safety requirements.
• Coordinate repairs and monitoring through to completion.
• Carry out site visits and maintain accurate property records.
• Build relationships with clients, contractors, occupiers and stakeholders.
• Prepare accurate reports and updates on portfolio performance.
