Job summary

Renaissance Care (Scotland) is seeking a Wellbeing Lead to join one of our homes. The role involves working with staff, residents and relatives to identify what matters to residents, designing personalised activities to improve wellbeing, and delivering group and individual sessions.

You should have experience in a care environment, be compassionate, able to work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

• Experience in an organisational role and managing finances

Responsibilities

• Identify what is important to residents and design personalised activities to improve wellbeing
• Support staff in developing and maintaining activities
• Offer group and individual sessions to ensure no-one is excluded
• Collaborate with staff, residents and relatives to provide meaningful engagement
