Job summary

Renaissance Care Limited is seeking a compassionate Wellbeing Lead (Activities Co-ordinator) to join our Cowdray Club Care Home in Aberdeen for 35 hours per week. You will design personalised activities to enhance residents’ wellbeing and work with staff to deliver engaging sessions.

You have experience in a care environment, can work autonomously within a multi-disciplinary team, and are committed to delivering high-quality care.

We are seeking an experienced Wellbeing Lead (Activities Co-ordinator) to join our team in Cowdray Club Care Home for 35 hours per week.

Your main responsibilities as the Wellbeing Lead in one of our homes will be to work alongside staff, residents & relatives to identify what is important to residents, and supports them to have purpose & meaning in their life. You will design activity on a personalised basis to improve individual wellbeing of residents, and support staff in developing and maintaining these activities. You will offer a variety of both group & individual sessions, to ensure no-one is excluded.

To be successful in this role you will have experience in a care environment and preferably have experience within an organisational role and managing finances. You are compassionate and committed to providing high quality care to our residents. You are able to work autonomously as well as part of a dedicated multi-disciplinary team.
